SoundMind Leadership for Executive Women exists to support executive leaders in a process of self-discovery and transformation, leading to a life of intentional balancing of priorities, greater self-acceptance, and ultimately peace of mind. Your path to peace and fulfillment in life begins here.

Our purpose is to foster a holistic environment specifically designed to create an authentic expression of one’s whole self and bridge the gap between one’s personal and professional essence in a safe and nourishing space.

SOUNDMIND leadership will model the intimate cohort approach to foster a trusted community that supports and challenges one another to realize their fullest potential.

Our community will help you…

Accepting Applications for 2024

The application deadline is March 2024

    • Individual Coaching – Twelve (12) months of individual 1:1 virtual coaching sessions with a certified ICF executive coach

    • Face-to-Face Symposiums – Four (4) in-person symposiums

    • Group Coaching Calls – Periodic 90-minute group coaching calls

    • Mentoring – an intimate community wherein you will provide and receive mentoring

    • Alumni Community – the opportunity to engage with an alumni community following your experience 

    • Leadership Assessment - each participant will participate in the Leadership Circle Profile assessment

    • Books and Materials - all books and related materials will be provided

  • The program will kick-off May 2024 and will conclude April 2024

Who is this for?

Women who are seeking the opportunity to engage in a process of self-discovery and engage in community with others who are seeking inner peace to live a more fulfilling life.


Women who are working in executive roles within their organization at the C-suite, VP, Partner or Owner level. We seek a diversity of participants at varying stages in their executive tenure and various industries.


Women who are seeking real growth to reach their full potential and striving to help others on their journey in a safe and nurturing environment.

  • We look for a diversity of executives. From different industries, backgrounds and environments. We invite executives who desire a unique, nurturing experience to apply. This includes those who are new to an executive role to those that have been an executive for many years. We accept women in leadership at the C-suite, VP, or partner level. If you feel you are at this level and your title does not reflect it , please provide additional information in your application.

  • SoundMind Leadership for Executive Women works as it provides women a community to engage in the support of real world challenges impacting their daily lives.

    This program gives the opportunity to step outside of the day-to-day responsibilities to provide space to gain valuable insights, self-awareness, clarity, and nourishment with other women who have or are facing similar challenges.

  • Whether you are an emerging executive or a highly experienced executive this program will help you live the life you desire and help you take your career to the next level.

    As you engage and interact with your community you will gain clarity on your values, strengths, purpose and vision. You will develop the confidence to express the best version of yourself, regardless of the setting. Becoming your authentic self will bring greater joy and fulfillment in your life.

  • It is a high caliber community that will have a transformative impact on you personally that, in turn, will have an impact on your professional leadership benefiting your team and organization.

  • SoundMind Leadership is creating a community for the executive women to support her in life’s journey both professionally and personally. Ten (10) participants will be accepted into the cohort. Applications are reviewed with consideration for the following:

    • Demonstrated leadership in an executive role

    • Strong character and integrity

    • Passion for improvement

    • Desire for inclusion in a community of executive women

    • Willingness to be open, vulnerable, and compassionate with self and others

    • A commitment to participate and be involved

  • The impact of this program is in the community. We need each and every participants full engagement to realize the value of what each person brings to the community.

    If you know in advance that you have a schedule conflict. The timing may not be right for this cohort.
